All retainer plans have a 3-month minimum term, then 30 days' notice to cancel. No lock-ins after that.

Do I need to be based in Surrey?

No — we work entirely virtually and support businesses UK-wide. Our local knowledge of Surrey is a bonus, not a requirement.

Can I start with a one-off project?
