I have eight years of experience in administration and customer service. And I have worked across organisations like the NHS and in sectors like Non-profit, Engineering/Human Resources Consultancy and Telecommunication.

My background includes a degree in Communication Studies, an Advanced diploma in Project Management and multiple certifications in Office Management, Business Administration, Virtual Assistant and Customer Service.

As the founder of Heighton Ltd, since April 2024, I aim to establish the brand as the leading choice in the United Kingdom's Business Process Outsourcing Sector,​ providing SMEs and corporations with exceptional, cost-effective and value-driven services.

We will offer personalised support to entrepreneurs, consultants, and corporate executives across sectors, including Real Estate, Construction, Engineering and Professional Services. We set ourselves apart by our commitment to professionalism, excellent administrative support, industry knowledge, and strong client partnerships.
