Are your services provided on-site or remotely?

We primarily work as a remote "back-office" partner, allowing us to support multiple sites or teams simultaneously. However, we stay in constant contact with your field team via phone, email, and project management software.

How do we get started?

We usually begin with a discovery call to understand your current workflow. From there, we create a tailored support plan—whether you need a few hours of help a week or full-time project coordination.

we aim to complete the onboarding process (system access, defining scope) within 5 working days. Urgent project documentation needs can sometimes be accommodated sooner.

Project Management Support

​What exactly is "Document Control"?

Document control ensures that everyone on-site is working from the correct version of a drawing or spec. We manage the flow of information, tracking revisions, RFIs (Requests for Information), and submittals so no one builds from outdated plans.

Can you help with permit applications?
Yes. We can handle the administrative side of permit applications, liaising with local councils and regulatory bodies to ensure your paperwork is submitted correctly and on time to avoid project delays.

Health & Safety Compliance

Do you provide the actual safety training?

We manage the administrative side of H&S. This includes maintaining training records, alerting you when certifications are about to expire, and organising the necessary documentation (like RAMS) for your sites.

Can you help us get accredited (e.g. ISO or Safe Contractor)?

Absolutely. We specialise in audit-readiness. We help organise your files, records, and policies to meet the strict requirements of major industry accreditations, saving you weeks of manual paperwork.

Office & Field Support

Will you speak directly to my clients?
Yes, if you'd like us to. We can act as your professional "front office," handling inquiries, updates, and scheduling. We represent your brand with the same level of professionalism you provide on-site.

What software do you work with?

We work with tools like Trello/Asana for project tracking, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace for documentation, and most industry-standard cloud storage and CRM systems.

If you use unique software, we quickly learn new platforms as part of the onboarding process.

What if we don't use the full hours in our monthly retainer package?

Our retainer packages are designed to secure dedicated capacity for your business. Unused hours are rolled over. We encourage a monthly review call to ensure we are proactively managing your admin needs to utilise your allocated time effectively.
